Coretta’s Buttermilk Pancakes

4 eggs – beat well
1 quart buttermilk
˝ cup vegetable oil

Beat these 3 ingredients well.

Add:    
3 tablespoons sugar
2 cups DFM WWW Flour
1˝ cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. salt
1 tablespoon soda
2 tablespoons baking powder

Mix well. Do not mix too much, just until blended.

This recipe makes quite a few pancakes. For 3-4 persons, I half the ingredients.  

(Coretta was Deb’s mother-in-law who passed away in July 2007 and was a fantastic cook!)
